Product Description

Electric welded gabion mesh is welded from low-carbon steel wire, with uniform mesh and smooth surface. The product is produced in accordance with the national BS1052:1986 standard. It is processed into mesh shape by automated precision and accurate mechanical equipment, and then treated with galvanizing or plastic coating PVC: electrogalvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, plastic coating, dipping or Galfan and other processes for surface passivation and plasticization.
Electric welded gabion mesh is welded into a mesh box shape by spiral binding wire. The front and rear panels, bottom plate and partition are assembled as an independent individual with the mesh cover. During transportation, the mesh box folds each piece together and packs it, and then puts it into the car with the spiral binding wire and transports it away.
Electric welded gabion mesh is particularly widely used abroad, mainly used for park landscape modeling, building exterior walls, and outsourcing of commercial buildings. Application example: Decoration of the exterior wall of the Shell Oil Office Building in the United States. It is now mainly used for urban landscape and park landscape in China. Aperture: The aperture is the distance from the centre of one wire to the centre of the next both horizontally and vertically. We are currently producing as standard products both 4mm and 5mm mesh in 75mm x 75mm aperture and 4mm in 100mm x 50mm aperture.
 

75mm x 75mm aperture

The most common size. When calculating cage sizes take into account that all lengths, widths and heights will be in increments of 75mm. Overall it is easier working with a square aperture than a 75mm x 75mm rectangular one, however a rectangular aperture can have a stunning look.

100mm x 50mm aperture

When calculating cage sizes take into account that lengths, widths will be usually be in increments of 100mm and heights 50mm. This is based upon it being more common for 100mm in the horizontal plane.
