 Hex Mesh/ Hex Steel

Hex mesh is a hexagonal cellular mesh grating specifically designed for reinforcing both linings and flooring. It acts as a surface framework to hold cement or refractory in position, and relieves stress in the lining's upper crust, which prevents spalling and cracking. As a result of its strength and unique design, abrasion and corrosion are retarded and refractory life is significantly extended. Even hot gaseous substances cannot erode the refractory because they are reflected away from the surface by the metal cellular grid.
Stainless steel Hex mesh   is  flexible, mesh grating used in reinforcing linings, floors and any cement structures needing added support.

Hexsteel  feature

1.Carbon steel turtle shell mesh
Ordinary carbon steel (such as Q235)
Features: Low cost, high strength. Suitable for general working temperatures (such as below 400 ° C) and without strong corrosiveness. For example: building reinforcement, general wear-resistant lining plates.

2.Stainless steel turtle shell mesh
Stainless steel (commonly 304, 310, 316, 321, etc.)
Features: High temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. It is the preferred choice for high-temperature industrial furnaces.
-304: Universal type, resistant to general corrosion.
-310/321: Excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, commonly used in furnaces with temperatures exceeding 1000 ° C.

3.Large mud claw turtle shell net
This is a special enhanced type of turtle shell net. It stamps additional, claw like protrusions or hooks on the nodes of a regular turtle shell net. The gripping force is extremely strong.
