Fiberglass molded grating is a load-bearing structural panel made of high-strength alkali-free glass fiber yarn as reinforcement and thermosetting resin as the matrix material, cast in a specialized metal mold. This model features a composite quartz sand layer on the surface, providing exceptional anti-slip performance and ensuring safety even in wet or oily environments. It is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has a load-bearing capacity comparable to the standard model. Its primary applications include slippery and highly corrosive areas such as petrochemical workshops, food processing areas, car washes, and offshore platforms, making it the preferred choice for high-risk anti-slip scenarios.

The surface is flat and without grooves, offering a high aesthetic appeal and easy cleaning. Heavy objects can be laid directly on it, or it can be used as a floor decoration. However, its anti-slip properties are relatively weak, its drainage is average, and its load-bearing uniformity is good. It is suitable for scenarios requiring high flatness and cleanliness, such as shopping mall showroom floors, equipment base pads, and cleanroom aisles, where there is no significant water accumulation and no pressure for anti-slip. It can also be used for interior decorative partitions.

Swage locked grating, mainly made of aluminum or stainless steel bars, is formed by inserting cross bars into pre-punched bearing bars and locking them under hydraulic pressure. It comes in three bearing bar types: rectangular, T, and I bars, with I bars being lighter and more affordable.
